The map also indicates the position of Union gunboats on the Mississippi River south of the town of Warrenton, and the lines of Union troops to the east and west of Vicksburg. We use USPS to ship out all orders.

ONCE SHIPPED, orders WILL ARRIVE in 1-5 DAYS depending on your home’s proximity to our store. If available, we will also send an e-mail with the tracking number once the package has been shipped out.

Returns & Exchanges

**Due to the unique creation of these prints, and because we print them as ordered, we do not accept returns for “not wanted” product.**

However, if you receive your product damaged, let us know and we’ll be happy to quickly resolve the issue. Please send pictures of the damage to the shipping envelope or tube as well as a picture of the damage to your print.

In an effort to quickly process your orders, we print new orders right away. If you placed the order by mistake, you can send us a request to cancel the order. However, if the order has been printed, we will not be able to cancel it.
