There is some assembly required due to the difficulty of shipping an assembled box and the chance of damage, it is easier to sell it with a few steps to put it together. None of my boxes required glue, though you can choose to use super glue or a hot glue gun to ensure a tight and stable fit. Each storage box can hold up to 25 vials of insulin. Should work for any standard insulin vial (I tested it with Novolog and Lantus).
